The fonts purchased here are licensed for both personal and commercial projects with up to 2 seats. You can use them however you’d like within this license.

What can I use it for?

You can use it for pretty much most things; branding/logos, design work, websites, packaging, socials as long as you’re not sharing or transferring the font file, you can probably use it for most things! As long as you refrain from sharing or transferring the font file it is well-suited for desktop designing tasks.

However, if you intend to embed the font into an app, create editable templates, utilize it for broadcast purposes, or transfer the font to another user, please reach out directly to extend the end user license agreement at madeline.a.odonoghue@gmail.com.

What if I’m using it for client work?

You won't require an additional license for your client as long as you refrain from transferring the font to them. However, if you include the font file in the delivered work or if your client uses the font for typing purposes, it is essential to either purchase a license for them or ensure they obtain one themselves.

What if it's not just me using it?

In the case where multiple individuals like employees, other designers, team members, etc (beyond the original 2 seats purchased) are utilizing the font, you should contact The Font Shop directly to acquire an extended license. This extended license provides permission for usage by up to 10 employees, up to 100 employees, or 100+ employees, depending on your specific needs.

I want this font to be mine and mine only!?

This would mean purchasing the font for exclusive use. If you’re wanting to talk about a bespoke custom font for your brand to use exclusively to set you apart in the market, get in touch with me!
