The Poet is a hand-drawn font that channels the spirit of modernist masters. Loose, irregular, and full of personality, it celebrates the quirks of handwriting — uneven letterforms, inky textures, and spontaneous marks that feel lifted straight from an artist’s sketchbook.
Rather than polished perfection, The Poet offers raw expression. Its off-balance shapes and imperfect flow give it a deeply human quality, perfect for projects that embrace individuality and creativity. Whether you’re designing restaurant branding, menus, bar logos, or adding a handcrafted edge to your artwork, The Poet carries the mood of artistic freedom.
Its irregularity also makes it an ideal starting point for custom wordmarks — a font that invites you to experiment, play, and push your designs further
