Every font purchase includes my Standard Font Licence for one user.

You can use the font across unlimited personal and commercial projects, including:

There is no limit on the number of finished products you can produce or sell using lettering or artwork you have created with the font.

Your licence is for one person only. The font file itself cannot be shared, resold, redistributed or passed on to a client, colleague or friend.

Add my Multi-User Font Licence for US$50 to cover up to 5 users within the same company, studio or organisation.

Using the font on a website, app or digital product?

Creating static graphics for a website is covered by the Standard Font Licence.

If you need to embed or serve the actual font files so that the font functions as live type within a website, app, software, game, eBook, digital platform, template system or similar product, you'll need a separate licence.

The licence includes up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale or distribution.

You can resize, recolour, crop, layer and combine the graphics with typography and other elements to create your own finished designs.

The important bit: you're purchasing a licence to use my artwork, not ownership of the artwork itself.

You cannot resell, share or redistribute the original files; upload them to stock or asset libraries; sublicense them; include them in another graphics pack; or make them available in a way that allows another person to extract or reuse the original artwork.

What are Loose Letters™?

Loose Letters™ are collections of individually hand-crafted letterforms made for building your own custom lettering.

Unlike a traditional font, the letters are supplied as individual SVG, PNG and Adobe Illustrator files. They are not installed or typed like a font. Instead, you can move, scale, rotate, recolour, overlap and arrange each letter individually to create your own words, titles and compositions.

Not perfect. Not fixed. Not a font. Just letters, set free.

What licence is included?

Every Loose Letters™ purchase from my website includes my Standard Loose Letters™ Licence for one user.

You can use the letterforms across unlimited personal and commercial finished projects, including:

There is no production or sales limit on finished designs you create using Loose Letters™.

Can I edit the letters?

Yes. That's the idea.

You can scale, rotate, resize, recolour, layer, overlap, arrange and modify the letterforms, and you can combine letters from different Loose Letters™ volumes to create your own custom lettering.

Can I share or resell the letter files?

No. Your licence is for one user only.

The original letterform files cannot be shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed or given away. They also cannot be repackaged as another alphabet, lettering set, SVG pack or digital asset collection, or converted into a font for sale or distribution.

You can use Loose Letters™ to create finished work for a client, but the original Loose Letters™ files themselves cannot be passed on for the client to independently reuse. If they need access to the original assets, they'll need their own licence.

Can I use Loose Letters™ in Canva?

Yes. The SVG files can be uploaded into Canva Pro, where you can arrange, scale and recolour the individual letterforms. PNG files can also be uploaded for quick drag-and-drop layouts.

Please don't use the original Loose Letters™ assets in editable templates or digital products where other people can extract or reuse the individual letterforms.

Can I use them to create a font?

You can experiment with and modify the letterforms as part of your own finished designs, but the original Loose Letters™ letterforms cannot be converted, repackaged or distributed as a font or another lettering product.

Not everything I make becomes a downloadable product. If you've discovered an illustration, drawing, pattern, print or other piece of my work through my website, Pinterest, Instagram, portfolio or elsewhere, it may be available to license for the right project.

I license selected existing work for publishing, book covers, editorial, packaging, textiles, apparel, products, music, campaigns and other commercial uses.

You don't necessarily need to commission something new — sometimes the right piece already exists.

Commercial artwork licensing typically starts from US$250, with the final fee depending on the artwork, usage, quantity/print run, territory, duration and project.
